Virtual Hit the Bar! - June 29 2008

We have signed a goalkeeper, Ben Williams from Crewe. Great to see that both he and our other signing Josh Gowling have both quoted the ambition of Carlisle United as their main reason for moving to Brunton Park.

While fans demand multiple and what could well be rash signings, John Ward goes quietly about building his squad. He is vastly experienced around pre season dealings and it's far too early to worry about squad strength.
