The Ground

The ground has a large open terrace at one end. This, the Ealing Road Terrace is given to away supporters. The other end, The Brook Road Stand, is a strange affair; a small double decker stand that has seating on the first tier and terracing below. It is known affectionately by the Brentford fans as the 'Wendy House' and after a campaign by local supporters this stand now no longer houses away fans. Both sides of the ground are far better. One side is the all seated Braemar Road Stand, but unfortunately it has a number of supporting pillars. Opposite is the all seated and covered New Road Stand.

Visiting Supporters

After being housed in the Brook Road Stand for the past few seasons, away fans now find themselves back at the other end in the open Ealing Road Terrace, where up to 2,200 supporters can be accommodated. This end is uncovered so it is difficult for the away fans to make their presence felt. Plus be prepared to get wet if it rains. A better bet may be to try getting one of the 600 seats allocated to away supporters in Block A of the Braemar Road Stand. Although there are several supporting pillars which may hinder your view, the facilities in this stand are good. And unless your team has a large following you can move seats to avoid the intrusion of the pillars.

How to Get There By Car & Where to Park

Leave the M4 at junction 2 and take the A4, going around Chiswick Roundabout so that you end up coming back on yourself. Continue along the A4 and at the first roundabout take a left onto Ealing Road. The ground is located about half a mile down this road on your right. Street Parking.

By Train

The nearest train station is Brentford, which is around five minutes walk away from the ground. This station is on the London Waterloo to Reading line, which normally run every 15 minutes on Saturday afternoons. To get from the station to the ground, exit onto Station Road. Take the first right into Orchard Road, right again into Windmill Road and then first left into Hamilton Road which leads into New Road and the ground. The nearest Underground Station to the ground is South Ealing, which is on the Piccadilly Line. This tube station is around a 15 minute walk from the ground, down Ealing Road. Finding the ground is easy enough though - you simply turn right out of the tube station and just go straight down Ealing Road, then taking your life in your hands to cross the A4 at the bottom! Otherwise as you come out of the station cross over to the other side of Ealing Road and catch a number 65 bus down to the ground.
