If you would also like details of the gastropub where some members are planning to meet beforehand please request this in your email. Well done to Nigel Moss who is now the proud owner of Tony Caig's shirt after being drawn out of the hat at the branch meeting on Thursday 15th September. There were 67 members in the draw which was free to all members making a donation with their renewals providing this was before 31st August.
Scunthorpe v Carlisle Saturday 10th December - Advance Tickets
Al Millington will be ordering advance rail tickets for the Scunthorpe game on Friday of this week (30th September) from London Kings Cross around 9.00am and returning on the 18.10. The likely cost will be around £40 unless we are able to take advantage of family railcards. Please order your ticket or request further details from Al on travel@carlislelondonbranch.org

Comedy Store - Tuesday 6th December
Mike Carruthers is organising a meal and then a night at the Comedy Store for members and guests in Central London on Tuesday 6th December. This is likely to replace the branch meeting in December. If you are interested in attending, please contact Mike on social@carlislelondonbranch.org as he would like to have an idea of the numbers asap but no later than 15th October. Mike has had responses so far from Simon Clarkson, Dave Croxford, Ken and Jean Hullock and Mike Carruthers.
Walsall v Carlisle Saturday 1st Octobe
Branch members are travelling on the 10.03 out of Euston and returning on the 18.04. There are no groupsave arrangements so book via virgin trains. The branch meeting place is The Saddlers Club at the ground.
rYeovil v Carlisle Saturday 15th October - Lift offered
