It was a question of so near and yet so far at Millwall when despite a dogged defensive display, we lost out to a last minute goal.


Grays 29th November ko 1pm

Please note the early kick off, so ensuring floodlights won't be needed. The group train travel will be the 1035 from Fenchurch Street. Group save tickets will be £4 return for adults if travelling in a group of four and £1 for children. Please let me know if you are doing group travel by 5pm on friday. Already registered for group travel are Alan Millington, Malcolm Magee - Brown and Ken Hullock.

The meeting place for those travelling on the train will be the Liberty Bounds Pub close to Tower Hill tube station where you can enjoy a cooked breakfast that should set you up for the day

Match tickets will be on sale at the ground and tickets from the previous abandoned game are valid. There are no advanced ticket sales for this game.

Prices are: £13 - adults, £8 - Senior, £10 - Student, £8 - 11-16 year olds and £4 for under 11s.

The meeting place at Grays will be the Bricklayers Arms pub next to the ground.

Swindon Town 6th December ko 3pm

There is no discount for advanced purchase of tickets priced at £20 adults , £15 seniors and students , £9 U16's. If you wish to use the Ticket Deposit Scheme please order with me by 5pm Monday 1st December. I already have orders from Dave Croxford, Alan Millington & Dave Brown.

The Groupsave train will be £18.50 for adults and £1 for children travelling on the 1100 from Paddington. Please register your interest with me.

Northampton 20th December ko 3pm

If you fancy a run out in a 1030 kick off against Northampton fans please let Chris Tembey know at football@carlislelondonbranch.org.

There will be a buffet at 1315 at the Thomas a Beckett for the players and spectators. If anyone else would like to be catered for please let me know.

Hit The Bar - The Opposition View

If anyone has friends, family, colleagues that support Northampton, Huddersfield, Oldham, Leeds or Hartlepool - can you ask them to write "The Opposition View" for Hit The Bar. This can include: What is going well, What is going badly, Who are your stars, Who are your dogs, Where you think you will end up this season, What you think of your manager, How you think the game against Carlisle will go.
