The 3-3 thriller against Peterborough on saturday followed by a very disappointing defeat at bottom of the table Hereford, now leaves us without a win in 8.
Colchester 25th October ko 3pm
For information on the ground and how to get there follow this link http://www.footballgroundguide.com/colchester_united.htm
For those travelling by train from Liverpool Street, groupsave is available at around £10 adults & £1 children. Meet at the Hamilton Hall PH at the station from 1100 with a view to taking the 1200. Groupsave allows complete flexibility of travelling times as long as travel takes place in groups of 4.
Our meeting place at Colchester for the distribution of tickets will be the Norfolk http://www.beerintheevening.com/pubs/s/67/6756/Norfolk/Colchester. This is very close to the railway station.
The major benefit of advanced purchased tickets is that they allow you to use the free shuttle bus that runs from near the train station to the ground. I would also suggest that those going by car consider parking at the railway station. This costs £2 for the day compared to the hefty £10 at the official ground car park. Like most new grounds, other parking options appear limited and the possibility of being ticketed or clamped seems high.
I have ordered tickets for Dave Croxford, Mike Carruthers, Rob Lawson, Tony Little, Dave Brown, Ken Hullock, Al Millington, Iain Davidson ,Jim Lawman , Peter Gorrod, Barry Newsome, Michael Simpson, Ian Jardine, Andrew Dobinson & David Kennedy.
Tickets priced at a steep £22 for adults and £15 for Under 18's and seniors are still available direct from CUFC.
Stockport 1st November ko 3pm
